Article 1 – duration of stay : The tenant may under no circumstances claim any right to remain at the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 2 – reservation : It becomes effective as soon as the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.
Under no circumstances may the lease concluded between the parties to this deed benefit, even partially, third parties, natural or legal persons, without the written consent of the owner.
Any infringement of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the owner.
Article 3 – absence of withdrawal : For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code concerning in particular the provision of accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.
Article 4 – cancellation by the tenant : Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
the deposit remains the property of the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date, the owner may dispose of his accommodation. The deposit also remains the property owner’s property, who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains the property of the owner. No refund will be made.
Article 5 – cancellation by the owner : The owner shall return to the tenant the totality of the sums paid without prejudice to any claims for compensation for damage suffered.
Article 6 – arrival : The tenant must arrive on the day specified at the time of booking, from 4pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform the owner.
Article 7– payment of the balance : The balance of the rental is due at the end of the stay.
Article 8 – use of the premises : The lessee shall ensure the peaceful nature of the lease and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises.
Article 9 – capacity : If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity provided for the reserved rooms, the owner may refuse the additional persons.
Article 10 – pet reception : When booking, the customer must indicate the number of pets that will accompany him. The owner may specify specific terms of stay for pets in an internal regulation posted in the accommodation.
Article 11 – insurance : The tenant is liable for all damages arising from his fault. It is required to be insured by a standard holiday insurance contract for these various risks.
